Marin & Vale began in 2012 with a simple bias: that a home in the desert should be sold the way it was built — with intention. Sloan Marin came from architecture and staging; Dara Vale from luxury marketing and negotiation. Together they built a small, high-touch team at Desert Modern Realty that pairs cinematic marketing with disciplined, data-led pricing. Twelve years on, we have closed over $487M across Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, and we still cap our active listings so every home gets the room it deserves.
